At Covert, we embrace sustainable fashion through our made-to-order model. Each garment is meticulously crafted only when there is demand, minimizing waste and reducing our environmental footprint.

  • FREE Express Shipping on All PREPAID Orders!

    • Estimated Delivery Time:
      • Prepaid Orders: 5-6 days
      • Non-Metro Cities & COD Orders: 7-8 days

    (Please note: These are approximate timelines. We always strive to deliver your order sooner than expected!)

    • COD Charges: An additional ₹45 applies to Cash on Delivery orders.

    Order Processing and Delivery:

    • Your orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
    • All COD orders will receive a confirmation call from our team.
    • After careful quality checks, we initiate shipping.
    • Prepaid Orders: 5-6 days
    • Non-Metro Cities & COD Orders: 7-8 days

    (Note: These are estimates; we aim to expedite orders, and you might receive your order within 5 days. Your patience is appreciated.)

    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Tracking Information:

    Once the order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

    Things to Keep in Mind:

    • Ensure your address includes Door no./House no., Street Name, Area/Locality, City & State, Pin code, and Landmark.
    • Ensure you are available on call.
    • Ensure someone is available to pick up your order on the date of arrival.
    • Failure to do so will result in non-delivery, and reshipping costs will be borne by you. Please refer to our return and refund policies.

    Unforeseen Circumstances:

    While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such rare cases, we request your cooperation. Feel free to contact us regarding any issues.

    Possible Unforeseen Circumstances:

    • Adverse weather conditions.
    • Transportation disruptions.
    • Unserviceable pin code.
    • Customs delays.

    Your order would be undelivered if:

    • Pin code not serviceable
    • COD amount is not ready
    • Customer is unreachable
    • Incomplete/wrong/changed address
    • Customer refused delivery
    • Poor weather conditions
    • Self-pickup requested by the customer 
    • Delivery date change requested by the customer 
    • Door/premises/office closed

    In such cases, the customer has to bear the reshipping costs. Please refer to our Refund & Return policy for more details.
