      • Prepaid Orders: 5-6 days
      • Non-Metro Cities & COD Orders: 7-8 days

    • COD Charges: An additional ₹50 applies to Cash on Delivery orders.

Partial Payment COD (PPCOD)

What is PPCOD?
PPCOD is a Cash on Delivery option available for select pincodes. A partial payment of ₹150 is collected at checkout to confirm your order. The remaining balance is paid in cash at the time of delivery.

How it works:

  • Pay ₹150 at checkout to place your order
  • Pay the remaining balance in cash upon delivery

Please Read Carefully:

The ₹150 partial payment is fully non-refundable under the following circumstances:

  • Order refused at the doorstep
  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
  • Customer unreachable on the provided phone number, resulting in an RTO (Return to Origin)

In all the above cases, the ₹150 partial payment will not be refunded.

Exception — Order Cancelled Before Shipping:

If our team is unable to reach you on your provided phone number after 3 confirmation attempts, your order may be cancelled before it is shipped. In this case only, the ₹150 partial payment will be refunded and credited to your account within 7-8 working days.

Note: PPCOD is only available for select pincodes. Availability will be shown at checkout.

    Order Processing and Delivery:

    • Your orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
    • All COD orders will receive a confirmation call from our team.
    • After careful quality checks, we initiate shipping.
    • Prepaid Orders: 5-6 days
    • Non-Metro Cities & COD Orders: 7-8 days

    (Note: These are estimates; we aim to expedite orders, and you might receive your order within 5 days. Your patience is appreciated.)

    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Tracking Information:

    Once the order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

    Things to Keep in Mind:

    • Ensure your address includes Door no./House no., Street Name, Area/Locality, City & State, Pin code, and Landmark.
    • Ensure you are available on call.
    • Ensure someone is available to pick up your order on the date of arrival.
    • Failure to do so will result in non-delivery, and reshipping costs will be borne by you. Please refer to our return and refund policies.

    Unforeseen Circumstances:

    While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such rare cases, we request your cooperation. Feel free to contact us regarding any issues.

    Possible Unforeseen Circumstances:

    • Adverse weather conditions.
    • Transportation disruptions.
    • Unserviceable pin code.
    • Customs delays.

    Your order would be undelivered if:

    • Pin code not serviceable
    • COD amount is not ready
    • Customer is unreachable
    • Incomplete/wrong/changed address
    • Customer refused delivery
    • Poor weather conditions
    • Self-pickup requested by the customer 
    • Delivery date change requested by the customer 
    • Door/premises/office closed

    In such cases, the customer has to bear the reshipping costs. Please refer to our Refund & Return policy for more details.
